Born and raised in California, Shane Scott developed his discipline and work ethic from excelling in sports at a young age. He ended up graduating from Sac State on a football scholarship. He is a family man, married for 18 years and has two children. Shane specializes in building relationships in order to establish trust and strives to be your go-to broker for all your mortgage needs. I feel like I have been preparing for this time . . . all of my life! 

After graduating from U.C.L.A, my career experience includes being a teacher, working in the Retail Industry with the major department stores and Residential Mortgage Lending.

My priorities are: 
1. Educating my clients as to their financial options.

I have been in the mortgage industry for the last 20 years, living through the highs and lows of the everchanging market. I am prepared to work with first-time homebuyers, experienced homeowners and those ready to retire with a Reverse Mortgage.

A true California native, from El Dorado Hills, California my personal philosophy is on par with my company’s brand. Graduating from University of California, Irvine, with a degree in Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations and economics I immediately began my Real estate investing journey. After receiving my NMLS I spent a year in Florida and other western and southern states in order to develop a truly universal understanding of the different real estate markets and investment potential throughout the region.

From California to Florida and several states in between I offer my clients multiple opportunities for investment. Whether it’s your primary residence, vacation home, or an investment property, I cover it all.

Carlos has joined the California Home Loan team, as Senior Mortgage Consultant.
